Aluminium Precision Drawn Tubes; Precision shapes, precision tolerances

In 14 different Aluminium alloys we manufacture precision drawn tubes. Quantity of shapes in our tubes have a much larger number. Very low are the numbers indicating how close our tolerances are.

We take the liberty to send you this introduction in order to assist you in your daily work. We mean your daily work of arranging good supply for aluminium tubes. We also offer rods and profiles of aluminium.

To make clear to you what our capabilities are, let me add a few details on our aluminium precision tubes. Diameters range from 1 mm to 115 mm OD with thicknesses from 0.10 mm to 7.0 mm. Tolerances are stringent between ±0.025 mm. Here we offer diameters from 1 – 110 mm, with thicknesses of 0.15 mm.

The tubes are produced from Alloys such as 1100F, 1050, 3003, 3103, 5052, 6005, 6060, 6063, 6061, 6351 and as per customer's requirements. The tubes have good internal & external surface finish and can be supplied with plain finish or in hard anodized condition.
