Aquatech; Voetbal en industriële pompen uit Macedonië

MZT Pumpi geeft twee tickets weg voor voetbalwedstrijd Nederland - Macedonië.

Skopje, 22 september 2008; Macedonië is een land van warmte en culturele rijkdommen. Met MZT Pumpi heeft het land een van de grootste en meest erkende pomp bedrijven in Zuidoost Europa. Bovendien heeft Macedonië, volgens mevrouw Vesna Mitreska een uitstekend nationaal voetbalelftal.

Nederlandse voetbalfans hebben zich wellicht al gerealiseerd dat Macedonië moeilijk te verslaan is. Op 10 september j.l versloeg Nederland de Macedoniërs met 2-1. Maar de wedstrijd had ook heel anders kunnen eindigen. De Nederlanders kunnen een zeer sterke tegenstander verwachten op 1 April 2009 wanneer het Macedonische team opnieuw de tegenstander is.

Maar, kennen Nederlandse pompkopers ook Macedonische pompen? Mevrouw Vesna Mitreska is daar duidelijk over. “Nee, zij kennen ons niet. Daarom nodigen wij hen uit op onze stand, zodat ze met ons uitgebreide product aanbod in aanraking kunnen komen. Na Aquatech 2008 moeten de Nederlandse pompkopers rekening houden met de geweldige mogelijkheden die MZT Pumpi hen kan bieden”. Mitreska voegt met een glimlach toe: ”mochten ze voetbalfanaat zijn, dan moeten ze zeker komen”.
MZT Pumpi heeft enkele interessante verhalen. Zoals de renovatie van de Mittal Staal fabriek in Bosnië. Pumpi heeft daar de watersystemen gerestaureerd. Ook verteld Dhr. Eftimovski trots over de zestien geleverde ‘end suction; pompsystemen, die aan elektriciteitscentralecentrales in Belgrado zijn. geleverd evenals de levering van double suction split case pompen voor US Steel-Serbia.

MZT Pumpi twijfelt er niet aan dat de meeste pompkopers, die Aquatech 2008 bezoeken of tijdens deze beurs hun producten tentoonstellen, gepassioneerde supporters van het Nederlands elftal zijn. Er bestaat dus een grote kans dat zij elkaar in april volgend jaar weer in de Amsterdam Arena zullen ontmoeten. Zal Nederland Macedonië opnieuw verslaan of kunnen we een onverwachte comeback verwachten? We zullen zien.

Metalex: "Die Message über Mazedonien rüberbringen"

Wenige würden Mazedonien als Outsourcing-Ziel für Transportrollen und Förder­anlagen auswählen. "Ein Fehler" findet CBI-Experte Peter van der Sman, "da Mazedonien alles bietet, was ein erfolgreiches Lieferland für industrielle Produkte benötigt." Die Käufer von Transportrollen und Fördersystemen gehören zu denen, die profitieren können.

Einige Fakten zu Mazedonien (Quelle: Wikipedia).
- Kürzlich von der Weltbank als der viertbeste Reformstaat aus 178 Länder eingestuft.
- Offene Volkswirtschaft mit einem Handelsanteil von über 90 % vom Bruttoinlandsprodukt in den letzten Jahren.
- Das Bruttoinlandsprodukt wird im Zeitraum 2006-2010 voraussichtlich auf durchschnittlich 5,2 % steigen.
- Eine Inflationsrate von nur 3 % in 2006 und 2 % in 2007.
- Die Regierung hat Programme zur Förderung der Entwicklung von KMUs (kleine und mittlere Unternehmen) ins Leben gerufen.

"Im Großen und Ganzen handelt es sich also um eine relativ gesunde Wirtschaft." Van der Sman führt noch einige Vorteile auf. "Mazedonien liegt geografisch viel näher als Indien, China, Vietnam etc. Außerdem liegt es in der gleichen Zeitzone wie Westeuropa. Gleichzeitig sind die Lohnkosten noch sehr niedrig."

Warum ist Mazedonien dann noch nicht im Bewusstsein der europäischen Industrie? Nach Ansicht von Van der Sman sind für diesen Prozess mehrere Faktoren verantwortlich. Der Krieg im früheren Jugoslawien hat seiner Meinung nach sehr geschadet. "Außerdem hat noch niemand die Message vermittelt", erklärt Van der Sman. "Mazedonien bietet eine Reihe von Vorteilen, doch es ist nicht leicht, das richtige Unternehmen zu finden. Nicht einmal mit Hilfe der Behörden.

Daher hat die CBI (eine niederländische Behörde zur Förderung von Importen aus Entwicklungsländern; http://www.cbi.eu/) es zu einer ihrer wichtigsten Aufgaben gemacht, Qualitätsanbieter von technischen Produkten in diesem Land ausfindig zu machen.

"Es ist die ideale Auslegung für Hebetische und –plattformen", meint CEO R. Seshagiri. "Wir verzichten einfach auf eine Reihe von Verbindungselementen. Die Montage wird so viel einfacher", ergänzt er. "Diese Hebevorrichtungen mit Schneckengetriebe eignen sich ideal, um synchrone Bewegungen an mehr Stellen gleichzeitig zu ermöglichen. Dieses neue Design bietet einfache Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und eine Verringerung des Platzbedarfs. Beides zusätzliche Merkmale, die von Designern und Montagefirmen geschätzt werden", sagt Seshagiri.

Gears and Gear Drives präsentiert eine neu entwickelte, einfachere Auslegung durch Integration eines Kegelradgetriebes in eine kubische Schraubenwinde, um den Antrieb um 90° zu drehen. Es handelt sich um einen zweifachen Winkelantrieb mit Schnecken­antrieb.

Die Abbildung zeigt zwei würfelförmige Standardschraubgewinde und zwei würfel­förmige Schraubgewinde mit integrierten Kegelradgetriebe. Sie werden von einem einzigen Motor angetrieben.

Synchrone Bewegungen werden am besten durch mechanische Verbindungen erreicht. Das bewährt sich bereits in zahlreichen Branchenanwendungen.
Seit Jahrzehnten werden Schneckengetriebe, Kegelradgetriebe und andere Übertragungselemente in Hebezeugen eingesetzt. Seither wurden ständig Anstrengungen unternommen, die Leistungsfähigkeit zu verbessern, die Größe und den Platzbedarf zu reduzieren und mehrere Verbindungselemente zu entfernen. Das Ziel: größtmögliche Einfachheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit bei Hebezeugen zu erreichen.

Gears and Gear Drives präsentiert seine Lösung auf der kommenden MOTEK-Messe in Stuttgart vom 22. bis 25. September 2008, an Stand 6234 in Halle 6.
